NetBuilders specializes in education; our current clients include Denver Public Schools, Jeffco Schools, University of Colorado and University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. We are very familiar and comfortable with this type of customer base and feel we can give the type of support you require. NetBuilders is currently a Dell Premier Access Tier II service provider. This authorizes us to perform Dell warranty work and stock spare parts locally. Our technicians are required to complete a set of six certification tests annually in order to perform these warranty repairs.

We, as a company, are also required to follow a strict set of program rules and are monitored by an assigned program manager. NetBuilders has been working with Dell for over four years, we have managed to build and maintain an exceptional working relationship.

Dell systems are usually purchased with three-year onsite warranty, with exception of monitors, keyboard and mouse, which are three year carry in (non reimbursable). Depending on problem, most repairs are done at customer site. NetBuilders is also an Apple authorized service provider. We Provide timely warranty repairs and can purchase out of warranty parts at a discounted and reasonable price. As with Dell, we keep some parts in stock but most orders are sent overnight, even if ordered late afternoon.

We have gained respect from Apple and have been dispatched to other Apple customers on problem calls that could not be resolved by others. We have repaired all types of Apple/Mac systems (old and new). Basic Apple warranty comes with one-year warranty. If Applecare is purchased, systems carry a three-year onsite warranty. We realize how busy teachers and/or techs are and sometimes how hard it is to drive the problem unit in for repair.

NetBuilders will provide free pickup and delivery of any unit requiring repair. Our experience and expertise in the printer service industry has made us a leader in the Denver metro area. We are well trained and experienced with LaserJet and Inkjet technology. Although we specialize in Hewlett Packard printers, we can and will work on other printer brands (Lexmark, Brother, Epson, etc.). We are also one of the only printer service companies that offer a Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program. This is a custom designed program where we clean and maintain your printers at a scheduled time (usually quarterly) throughout the year. It will reduce costly repairs and we can keep track of problem printers and or consumables.
